September 24, 2024In a significant milestone since his assumption of office, the Director-General of the National Productivity Centre (NPC), Dr. Baffa Babba Dan’Agundi attended his first Top Management Meeting at the Honourable Minister of Labour and Employment Conference Room, Abuja, on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. He was accompanied by Mrs. Rosemary O. Esekhagbe, Director/Head of Planning and Policy Analysis Department.

Presided over by the Honourable Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Hon. (Dr.) Mrs. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, the meeting brought together Heads of Agencies under the Ministry and Directors of the Ministry.
Key discussion points included:
– Productivity improvement initiatives,
– Agencies collaboration and partnerships,
– innovative solutions for economic growth,
– Staff welfare and well-being initiatives, and
– Management Retreat plans and objectives.
Commending Dr. Dan’Agundi for his insightful inputs during the meeting,
the Honourable Minister for Labour and Employment said, “I am impressed by the Director General’s commitment to driving productivity and excellence in Nigeria. His contributions to this meeting have been invaluable, and I look forward to seeing the NPC’s continued impact under his leadership.”
Dr. Dan Agundi’s participation in the Top Management Meeting marks a significant step forward in the NPC’s collaboration with the Ministry and other stakeholders to achieve Nigeria’s productivity and economic growth goals.
