DR. NASIR OLAITAN RAJI-MUSTAPHA
DIRECTOR-GENERAL/CEO NATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY CENTRE
Dr. N.O. Raji-Mustapha is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Productivity Centre (NPC).
He is a Productivity Expert and Corporate Management Consultant of over 20. He is also Procurement expert of over 8 year’s experience. Dr. Raji-Mustapha has in-depth experience in both local and global research. He also possesses administrative and academic proficiency.
He is a lecturer, public speaker, policy analyst and strategic decision-maker. He holds a First Degree in Veterinary Medicine from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Master of Science (M.Sc) in Applied Entomology and Parasitology from the University of Jos and an MBA in Business Administration from Nassarawa State University, Keffi. He also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Business Administration (Human Resource and Management). He was once a Research Fellow with the European Economic Commission (ECC) and Lectured at the Haramaya University, Ethiopia. He is a trained and certified Productivity Practitioner by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) and Fellow of the Institute of Productivity Practitioners (FIPP).

Engr. Adejoh David O
Head of Department Productivity Measurement and Index (PMI)
Engr. Adejoh David O. joined the National Productivity Centre (NPC) in 1999. He is engaged in the design and implementation of research and knowledge management programmes relating to productivity and competitiveness. He leads the productivity measurement and continuous data collection and analytics efforts of the Centre at organizational, sectoral and national levels. He holds a BEng Civil Engineering as well as an MSc Project Management with specialization in Strategy. He holds professional qualifications in Information Technology, Project Management and ISO 22000 Quality Auditing. He is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC); a Fellow of the Institute of Productivity Practitioners (FIPP); Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and the Ergonomic Society of Nigeria (MESN), He is engaged in driving the creation and introduction of innovative solutions, particularly Productivity and Quality improvement solutions that enhance productivity and competitiveness in public and private sector organizations. He has assisted in building the productive capacities of executives, individuals and organizations across the Nigerian landscape.

ROSEMARY OMOYEME ESEKHAGBE (MRS)
Head of Department Planning and Policy Analysis (PPA)
Rosemary Esekhagbe is the Director and Head of Department, Planning and Policy Analysis of the Centre. She is a Consultant and a Trainer with Master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA), Ecology and Environmental Biology (MSC) and a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Zoology. She is a certified Trainer and a Productivity Consultant since 2004. She has over 17 years of work experiences in public and private sectors, specializing in the area of Research, Learning and Development. She travels widely and enjoys working with all levels of employees, from the Top Management all the way to Operators level. She also serves as an associate Consultant and Corporate Trainer to MDCL and several established training providers. She has facilitated and trained participants from multinational, public and private corporations. Rosemary’s area of specialization is in helping organizations to achieve higher effectiveness and productivity using proven Leadership, People- Management, Quality soft skills and Productivity tools. She has numerous work published in local and international journals.

Head of Department Finance and Accounts
Mrs. Osipitan Oluwatoyin Adedigba is the Director and Head of Department of Finance and Accounts. She holds her MBA in Financial Management, Master-Class Certificate in Project Management (MSM Netherland, Ghana Campus) and PGD in Financial Management at Maastricht School of Management, Netherland. She is also a Professional member from the Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN), a Fellow of Certified National Accountant Member of Association of Certified Taxation, ACTI, Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Association of Women United Nation (UN), Women Generation Equality Forum. She has attended Capacity Building on Service Delivery, Project Management Refresher Course and Certificate Course in Computer. She was once Head of Final Account, Salary Unit, Head of Variation and Checking Section, Head of Funds Section and was also once a Team Member of Budget and Audit.

Hajia Maimuna Musa Adaji is an information and communication expert of over 20 years experience. She is currently the Secretary, National Productivity Order of Merit Award Committee (NPOMAC). She is a professional broadcaster by training and an astute public speaker with excellent presentation skills set. She is a Centre for Management Development (CMD) certified and accredited Management Consultant and Trainer. She holds a First Degree in Mass Communication and a Masters degree in the same field. She is a member of Nigerian Institute of Public relations (NIPR). She is also a fellow of Integrated Institute of Professional Management (IIPM).

AMEZHI APIA (MRS)
Director Special Duties
Mrs. Amezhi Apia is a result-oriented, growth-driven team player with 3 years’ experience in Education domain and over 20 years demonstrable wide-ranging experience in the public service. Her background includes a Bachelor of Education Degree in English and Education, and Masters in Public Administration from University of Ibadan and University of Nigeria, Nsukka respectively. She possesses diversified skill sets covering effective oral and written communication, Public Speaking, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Management and Administration. She is an experienced writer and is extremely savvy in editing. An effective communicator who identifies and leverages assets in teammates to achieve organizational goals, she is passionate about creating organizational success and bettering its reputation. She is an Asian Productivity Organization (APO) trained and certified Productivity Practitioner.

BARR TAKWAM GALADIMA LABETEK
Head of Department Procurement
Barr. Takwam Galadima Labetek is the Ag. Director/HOD (Procurement). He is a certified Public Procurement Practitioner, duly certified by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), which made him eligible for appointment to his current position. He has vast experience of over 15 years in law, with an LL.B degree from the University of Maiduguri. He was called to the Nigerian Bar by the body of benchers in 2006. He has served in different capacities since joining the service of the Centre, notably as the immediate past Secretary of the Governing Council. Barr. Galadima is also a fellow of the Institute of Productivity Practitioner (IPP). He is happily married with children.

MALLAM SHUAIBU ZAKARI ATTE
Head of Department Human Resources Management.
The Human Resources Management Department is headed by the Director/ HOD, Mall. Shuaibu Zakari Atte, an experienced and self-motivated Human Resources Manager with over 20 years of progressive experience in the field of Human Resources Management. A strategic Human Resource leader/decision-maker and excellent interpersonal, problem solver. A team player with a proven track record of success.
